At the beginning of this video you mention resistant starches – I also watch the Serious Keto channel and Steve personally tests resistant starches which ALWAYS spike his blood sugar. So I'm not convinced that they are as "resistant" as they are said to be. Any evidence on your part? Thanks!

Instead of cassava flour could I possibly use green banana flour? Since it's a resistant starch?
I wonder if you added egg and tried to bake this….I would have cut the chips in half, and sprinkled in a little granulated monk fruit for crunch….

1 cup Blanched almond flour
1 cup Coconut flour
1 cup allulose
Sugar free maple syrup
Good Sam allulose chocolate chips
Good Sam allulose chocolate covered peanuts
Good Sam allulose chocolate covered cashews
3 heaping tbs Coconut oil

Too much of a headache to make this
2 heaping Tbsp coconut oil, 1 cup almond flour, 1/2 c. coconut flour/ 1/4 c. cassava flour (tapioca flour), allulose to taste/ 2Tbsp. Sugar free maple syrup, keto chocolate chips (with allulose), peanuts or cashews. DO NOT BAKE!
