Cashewnuts,almonds,pistachio,walnuts,dates,dried figs,raisins.(all dryfruits 50 gms each)
1 tsp cardamom powder
3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
take pan ,roast all dryfruits one by one in 1/2 tsp ghee for 1 min
after roasting keep the dryfruits to cool.
coarse grind all dry fruits but seperately.Once grind mix all dryfruits
together by adding 1tsp cardamom powder and 2 tbsp ghee(ghee should be heated and cool and then add in dry fruits.make round shape ladoo.keep it in air tight container and store for 20 to 25 days.
