  1. Hi Jia , I’m so excited for you on this keto adventure 🤗,, last year I lost 40 lbs and gained back 10 ( stress from my moms passing),, now I’m easing off on the dairy , no sugar ,, or refined carbs ,, keto really does bring out your mental alertness. Energy , etc 👍👍👍🤗

  2. I am on hashtag no diets. I can't do Keto anyways as I am allergic to all nuts and most meat and the high fat messes with my gallbladder/gut. I see a nutritionist every so often and she really helps me with planning out meals so I know I am getting the right nutrients. I think your body was telling you something with the vegan meals Jia. You were getting proper nutrients that you don't get on Keto. And the proper foods were helping with gut health which is important for immune health and over all feeling great. You should listen to your gut! If you felt better off of dairy, don't bring it back in. There are lots of other ways to get protein and vit D.

  3. What kind of almond milk are you going to buy? Oh I see the silk now. Be careful. I found very few CLEAN Almond Milks. Try the Three Trees Almond Milk or Elmhurst brands at Sprouts. They are amazing! You will be in awe compared to ANY other brands that are most common.
