1 cup Jowar grains
1/4 cup Poha
1/4 cup Urad Dal
1 tsp Methi Seeds

Ginger Chutney/Dip
Ingredients
1/2 cup sliced Ginger
1 chopped tomoto
2 tbsp oil
3/4 tbsp urad dal
3/4 tbsp chana dal
4 dry red chilly
1 tbsp seedless tamarind
1 tbsp jaggery/sugar
1/2 tsp or to taste salt
2 tbsp water

For Tadka (Tempering)
1/2 tbsp oil
3/4 tsp Rai / Mustard seeds
8-10 Curry Patta
