  1. you have to be very careful influencing others things you didn't know, coz they have pros n cons depends on the immune system or health of other ppl..too much ginger is not good with a person whose having high blood pressures, making a combination of strong "healthy recipes" may affect someone's health in a Long run. esp those who got underlying conditions they didn't know themselves..you must experiment it yourself for 2 yrs first before you influence others coz it's dangerous.
