  1. In nagaland we rarely hv diz sickness called Diabetic, may be because of our health food(boil) we eat and hard working life we live. In 3 years I had traveled to lots of places in india..and trust me, the food they eat is very very very very unhealthy…they cook everything with oil, which is very unhealthy, that's the reason they hv lots of sick death, comparing to states like Nagaland, Mizoram and Meghalaya.

Here I'm very happy to say that I have been following Planet Ayurveda treatment. Recently, I checked my glucose in blood. Surprisingly, it is 140 less than previous day PPBS. If my sugar level will be normal early, I'm the happiest person in the world.

  4. Guys, build muscle doesn't have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that course has changed my life. I probably should not even be mentioning it cause I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.
