Today I’m sharing Diabetic friendly breakfast idea which is low in carb, high in protein and consists of good Fat.
Portion control is very very important part in diabetic meals. White sugar, white flour are not good for diabetic patients .
Let’s start our recipe which is very simple easy to make ,we are making Chia Pudding.
Recipe :- Chia Pudding
1. Chia seeds= 2 tbsp
2. Milk(fresh/almond/soya)= 1 cup
3. Sweetener = 1/4 tsp
4. Mix dry fruits= 1 hand-full(or you can add berries )
1. Add 2 tbsp of chia seeds in one cup of milk, 1/4 tsp of sweetener &mix it well and cover it . Keep in the fridge for overnight .
2. Next morning mix the chia very well because sit in bottom and then add your choice of nuts or berries and enjoy your healthy low carb, delicious breakfast which is very filling also.
Note:- Drink plants of water in whole day,stay hydrated because it is very important for diabetic patients .
