Tuna Burgers

Cilantro (Coriander) Tuna Burgers is a complete spicy Mexican spin that is loaded with incredible flavors and unique texture, making it an easy and healthy low-carb meal in minutes! Tuna which is a king of this scrumptious recipe is an absolute pantry staple that exists in our houses. Because of how conveniently tasty it is.
This recipe of numerous flavors takes tuna to the next level of deliciousness with the addition of onion, a drizzle of tantalizing lime juice, and lots of fresh cilantro (coriander). The flavor of the greenish herb along with the dry bread crumbs and lemon juice makes spicy tuna burgers with a slight crunch that is super mouth-watering.

1. Fresh Tuna: 1 Pound (Cubed)
2. Scallion (Spring Onion): ½ Cup (1-Inch Pieces)
3. Cilantro Leaves (Fresh Coriander): ½ Cup
4. Fresh Parsley Leaves: ¼ Cup
5. Plain Dry Bread Crumbs: ¼ Cup
6. Fresh Lime Juice: 2 Tablespoons
7. Egg Whites: 2
8. Cloves Garlic: 2 (Minced)
9. Ground Red Pepper: ¹⁄8 Teaspoon
10. Salt: To Taste
11. Olive Oil: 1 Teaspoon

Directions to Make:
1. Place the tuna, scallion (spring onion), cilantro (coriander), parsley, breadcrumbs, lime juice, egg whites, garlic, pepper, and salt in a food processor.
2. Cover with a lid and process until everything is minced.
3. Then, form the cilantro (coriander) mixture into four 4-inch patties.
4. In a large nonstick skillet, add oil and heat it over medium-high heat.
5. Add the prepared patties and cook for 3 minutes on one side.
6. Flip and cook the other side for additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked through.
7. Serve in a burger bun and enjoy.
