  1. this is not diabetic friendly at all first of all it has dates which is highly sugary and cholesterol based then topping has cachew and resins kishmish which is again sugar and already 2 tblspoon oats makes it carb rich almost 60gms carbs so please dont say it diabetic friendly but yes its completely healthy
