This is one of my favorite recipes to come out of Tova’s Kitchen. This diabetic chicken recipe is a cinch to make, and satisfies a craving for the exotic. Make sure you plan ahead, as this recipe tastes the best when marinated for at least 12 hours. The chicken may look burned when it comes out, but fear not: it is crispy and perfect, with a great char without a hint of burned taste!
