Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted green moong dal (
1 cup sprouted ragi flour (
1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1/3 black pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 green chilli, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1/4 inch ginger
1/4 tsp ajwain
coriander leaves
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
add 1/2 cup water little by little
Note: this dough can be refrigerated for a couple of days. Enjoy the roti paratha with any side dish of your choice.

    I have been following all your recipes since long time and each one of them is amazing. I want to ask regarding gluten free aata. Recently I come across a Farali aata which is combination of Amarnath flour, Proso Millet and Chestnut flour. It’s roti is similar to wheat roti and very soft. What is your take on that kind of flour?
