1 cup sprouted green moong dal (
1 cup sprouted ragi flour (
1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1/3 black pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 green chilli, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1/4 inch ginger
1/4 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
add 1/2 cup water little by little
Note: this dough can be refrigerated for a couple of days. Enjoy the roti paratha with any side dish of your choice.
