In response to many requests, I’ve now added captions with ingredients and directions. Hopefully, these will be easier to follow! I LOVE this recipe for Buffalo wings. It was given to me by one of my chef instructors at Le Cordon Bleu, and it’s absolutely foolproof, not to mention both healthier and more delicious than your typical pizza joint wings.
