This is a great vegetarian soup that is healthy & simple at the same time..

INGREDIENTS:
– 3/4 Cup Red Lentils/Dhal (Masoor Dhal)
– 3-4 Garlic cloves sliced
– 1/2 medium size Onion sliced
– 8-10 Curry leaves (separated from stem)
– 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
– 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
– 2 3/4 Cup water (room temperature)
– Salt per taste
– Black ground pepper
– 2-3 tbsps Olive Oil

This soup can serve to 2-3 people according to the size of the soup bowl
