This delicious sugar free beef and broccoli is so tasty, you will never miss the sugar. All my dishes will not raise you blood sugar, always keto, sugar free and diabetic friendly. Using a natural sugar free substitute such as monkfruit, allulose or erythritol the beef and broccoli sauce is just as sweet as it would be with regular sugar, with no spike in blood sugar or carb count. SUGAR FREE BEEF AND BROCCOLI
1 lb flank steak
2 tsp oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar substitute (Monkfruit, allulose or Erythritol)
Toasted sesame seeds for sprinkling on top

In a saucepan over medium heat, add oil, ginger, garlic and brown sugar. Break up clumps, stir until melted. Add water and soy sauce, slowly bring to a boil. Once rapid boil, lower flame, and let sauce reduce and thicken a few minutes. Turn off flame, and set aside.
Slice flank steak across the grain in very thin slices. Add steak to a bowl a little at a time adding the cornstarch and tossing until all the pieces of meat are completely coated with cornstarch.
Add oil to pan over medium to high heat. Toss in broccoli and continue to stir until broccoli is slightly charred. Add a tablespoon or two of water to pan and toss broccoli, cover with lid for a minute and let steam. Remove broccoli from pan and add the meat to the pan with half of the sauce. Toss until meat is completely cooked, this will not take long as the meat is very thin. Add the broccoli back in pan. Toss until well coated. Add rest of your sauce or as much as you desire. Toss until well coated. Transfer to serving dish, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy.
