This is my favorite dessert right now, it’s Eczema friendly, keto, Paleo, and sugar, free!
Melt in the microwave:
3 tbsp cacao butter
3 tbsp coconut oil
Add 2 tbsp of carob powder (I like @aussiecarob )
Pour 3/4 of the mixture into baking cups and freeze.
Use the remaining mixture to make the second layer.
Add these ingredients:
2 tbsp walnut butter (or any nut/seed butter you can tolerate)
3 drops of stevia/vanilla drops
Couple shakes of cinnamon
A shake of sea salt
Mix together then add on top of the previously frozen mixture. Freeze until hard then serve. Makes 3 😄
