Hello Everyone! Today I will be showing you a fresh, delicious, and healthy Arabic salad that you can enjoy any time of the year, alongside your favorite Mediterranean main dishes! Arabic salad is made in many different ways depending what part of the world you come from, but this is my take on the original recipe. Enjoy!
Ingredients for family size:
1 bunch of Parsley
1 whole cucumber or 4-5 Persian cucumbers
Cherry tomatos or 1 tomato
A couple sprigs of green onion (or red onion if you are out)
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
