BEEF BACON AND SHRIMP NOODLES COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
NOODLES PREP
Rinse, drain and pan-fry without oil or other liquid in order to improve texture of the low carb noodles.
EGGS PREP
Heat your frying pan over medium heat and lightly scramble egg to liking. Remove from pan and set aside.
SHRIMP AND BACON PREP
Peel shrimp and de-vein
Rinse and pat dry in prep to pan sear.
Heat avocado oil and throw in a garlic clove for some flavor.
Add shrimp and pan sear until liking, then remove from pan and set aside.
Heat pan, add diced beef bacon and fry to liking.
MIXING IT ALL TOGETHER
Add the shrimp to the bacon and stir fry (using the grease from the beef bacon for added flavor).
Add seasoning to taste of choice and stir fry for 20 seconds.
Add chopped vegetables and stir fry for 20 seconds.
Add noodles and stir fry for 1min to combine all ingredients together with noodles.
Taste and add little more seasoning as desired.
Note: if too dry for linking, feel free to add some broth of choice for little moisture, but be careful not to add too much liquid which would defeat the entire purpose of “Stir-Fry”.
KETO WAGYU BEEF HAMBURGER INSTRUCTIONS
HAMBURGER PATTY PREP
Preheat pan on high heat after adding a tablespoon of Avocado or Olive oil.
Sprinkle seasoning on beef patty and flip to season both sides of patty.
Pan-sear each side for 2mins and remove from pan.
Place patty into Air fryer and fry per number of minutes adequate per Air Fryer setting and choice of beef cooking (e.g., rare or well done).
HAMBURGER BUN PREP
Simply toast bun in air fryer or oven of choice.
CARAMELIZED ONION PREP
Add a tablespoon of Avocado oil to pan.
Add onion and seasoning salt of choice.
Stir onion until golden brown and soft.
**For keto friendly version, no not add sugar to caramelize onions, although any keto friendly sugar substitute of choice may be used.
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
Place cheese on bun and heat in Air Fryer for 30sec for cheese to melt (cooking time may depend on Air fryer manufacture setting).
Place lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized onions, ketchup, mayonnaise and cheese in-between bun.
Heat entire Hamburger in Air Fryer for 30sec to melt cheese and pull all the filling together (cooking time may depend on Air fryer manufacture setting).
