Today I present my Deep Dish Pizza Recipe. I modeled this after the Chicago style pizza with a few modifications here and there to create a low carb version of a Classic Chicago Pizza without all the carbs.

Pizza Crust Ingredients:
9” nonstick cake pan
1 cup ground pork rinds
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
4 beaten eggs

Pizza Ingredients:
1 cup Papa G marinara sauce
5 slices mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
6 ounces cooked mild Italian sausage
12 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup shredded parmesan
Dried basil

Serves 6

Per Serving:
446 calories / 29.58g fat / 5.03g net carbs / 34.47g protein
