  1. Thank you so much your videos are always great. We have a daughter diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when she was just a year old. Have struggled with it and this video genuinely taught my wife and I more information that wasn't clear. We appreciate your content keep it up ☺️☺️☺️

  2. I would LOVE to see more of these type videos. You broke this down so simply. I have been battling too find a proper diet with my GERD and IBS and all the research I've done pails in comparison to this video. So informational. While this isn't exactly the info I generally am looking into I would be so interested in learning more especially about gut health and types of vegetables that can help. Most of my favorite veggies are in the DO NOT EAT column so I am struggling to find things I enjoy .

  3. As far as I can see the only reason you might substitute 1tsp sugar in your tea or coffee for the equivalent of honey, coconut sugar or maple syrup is purely on taste (and if you have allergies there is proof that substitution of local honey for sugar can help SOME PEOPLE with SOME allergies.
Great video as always, educational as always. Kiwico looks interesting, name implies it's probably from the land of the kiwis (where I grew up) which means that while I doubt it's available in my neck of the woods I'm going to investigate anyway. I have young godchildren who would enjoy it.
