I miss bringing the project results home to eat
I don't miss being required to call a petty (that's actually his name too) little spoiled brat 'chef', especially when he doesn't know half of what I do…

Your school should invest in some metal spoons.

Do you attend the CIA?
Is there a point to testing whether a culinary student can cut a potato into perfect cubes, or is the test mostly an exercise for developing knife skills (which I'm sure is very effective!)?
Can you be vegetarian and still go to culinary school ??

MY DISH SET! Your school used the same dish (for the french onion soup) set that me and my partner own, and have found pieces to every single time we visit a thrift store (and we visit them a lot, seriously)
Hi am a culinary student in Stockholm
That French onion soup looks so good
From a chef to a chef, I can understand that your dices seem to be the most difficult to learn. I can appreciate the willingness to continue to practice every time you get the chance and still post them in your videos
