  1. I made the Peanut Butter Protein Cup Chia Pudding today. It's very good. I notice that the protein is at least double from the information per serving on the Low Carb Love website. My protein powder is 18 grams per scoop. Maybe this is why. I like that it's higher in protein though. I look forward to making the other Chia pudding recipes. 🍓🫐🥜
