Dadpe Pohe Ingredients –
For Soaking Poha:
1 ½ cup of Poha
Water (as required)

For Tempering Spices and Peanuts:
1 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
7-8 Curry Leaves
½ cup Peanuts

For Assembling:
2 Onions (chopped)
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
4 Green Chillies (chopped)
½ Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

  1. The poha have to be cleaned properly. U can put the dry poha in a colander or strainer and wash it under running water for a minute. Allow it to drain completely… Add the ingrediants mentioned in this recipe.. Add freshly grated coconut and it is ready to serve. In Gujarati households, peanuts are not added. We call it Khaman Poha. Easiest, quickest and very tasty snack item. 😊
