  1. I happen to have all of those ingredients, so I might do that for dinner. What I love about your recipes and videos, you always give alternatives in case we need to substitute anything. I try to cook with what I have that needs to be used first. I was going to make egg roll in a bowl tonight, but, no dinner plan is set in stone! Here's a tip for your fresh lemons and limes. If I have one that is starting to go bad, I squeeze it into a mason jar and keep the juice in the fridge. It stays good forever. You won't have zest, but fresh juice a plenty!
