Dressing:
125ml yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp honey
15 pcs kani or surimi
air fry at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until crispy
1/2 carrot
1/2 cucumber
lettuce
roasted sesame seeds
blue ternate flower for garnish
