  2. What an easy recipe, I always have those things on hand too. Never really think to much about chilled soup, except gazpacho, which is great. I will give this a try. By the way your vegetable broth is very good too. I bag up vegetable scrapes from other recipes and put them in the freezer, then when making broth I use them, that way nothing is wasted.
