– Squash
– Cinnamon
– Salt and Pepper
– Onion and Garlic
– Chicken broth
– Evaporated Milk (1 cup)

1. Dice the onion and garlic.
2. Peel the squash and cut it into thin cubes. Remove the seeds.)
3. Heat the pan and add some oil and butter.
4. Add the onion and garlic.
5. Add the cinnamon.
6. Sauté until transluscent.
7. Add the squash.
8. Add the chicken broth.
9. Simmer until the squash is soft.
10. Remove the squash from the pan and mashed it.
11. Simmer for 5 minutes and add the evaporated milk.
12. Serve and enjoy!
