  1. I like this BUT… I have gotten over the "take out the stalk" in the cauliflower. I take it out and cut it up. This has gotten too expensive to not use the whole crown just like broccoli stalks. I invested in a nice immersion blender! Even the skin on that zuke is fair game for that blender! Long gone are my days of wasting anything that is useable on a vegetable:) AND, my life just got easier by not taking any skins off of any veggie and healthier.)
