Creamy Butternut Squash Soup


This is a simple butternut squash soup that totally tastes gourmet.   1. I like where you head is at, but buttnut squash is really sweet. I would skip the cinnamon, maple syrup, nutmeg. I would also recommend adding like chilli or cheyenne papper to the veggies when roasting to even it out a bit. If you really like it rich add the butter or if you want vegan, skip it. I also like to crumble a small amount of feta cheese and a dash of hotsauce. Tasty and it looks great.
