This Mouth-watering Creamy Buko Lychee Salad is a perfect treat for Lychee Lovers out there! It has a great combination of Fresh Young Coconut and Sweetened Lychee with a creamy and sweet dressing.

INGREDIENTS:
3 1/2 cups from 2 Fresh Young Coconut
340g Red Nata de Coco, drain
340g White Nata de Coco, drain
565g Lychee in Syrup, drain & reserved syrup

Jelly:
1 1/2 cups Lychee Syrup
1 drop Pink Food Color
2 envelopes of unflavoured Gelatin powder

Cream:
250ml All-Purpose cream
1/3 cup Condensed milk, adjust according to taste
Vanilla ice cream, to top (optional)
