Cream of Chicken Soup Recipe: Boneless Chicken Breast – 1 no Salt – ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp For the Soup: Olive Oil – 1 tbsp Butter – 1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp Onion (chopped) – ½ Cup Carrot (small dices) – ½ Cup Green Peas – ½ Cup Maida – 2 tbsp Chicken Stock / Water – 3 Cups White Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp Salt – 1 ½ tsp Dried Thyme – ½ tsp Milk – 1 ½ Cups Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp Cooking Instructions: 1. Cut the chicken breast halfway through to make it flat. Season it with salt and pepper. 2. Heat some oil in a pot and cook the chicken on low flame. In 4 minutes, turn the chicken and cook it until the chicken is fully cooked. This will take around 4 more minutes. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside. Cut this chicken into cubes. 3. In the same pot, add butter and then add the garlic, onion and carrot. Saute it for 1 minute. Then add the flour and mix well. 4. Add 1 cup of Stock/Water and mix well to remove any lumps. 5. Add 2 cups of water, salt, pepper and thyme. Bring to a boil. 6. Add the milk, the chopped chicken and green peas, and simmer on a medium flame for 10 minutes. 7. After simmering, add fresh cream.
