Ingredients:
1/2 cup Old Fashioned oats
1 cup water
Pinch Mineral Salt
1 -2 doonks stevia (or on-plan sweetener to taste)
3 Tbs. THM Creamy Dreamy Plant Protein Powder

Toppings:
1/2 a banana
1 small pinch cacao nibs
1 Tbs. Goji berries
1 tsp – 1 Tbs nut butter of your choice (1 Tbs for XO)
Drizzle of honey
Sprinkle of cinnamon

1. Cook your oatmeal with the water salt and stevia. After cooking, stir in the protein powder.
2. Place in your favorite bowl and add on your toppings
