I made @Chef Jon Kung ‘s garlic soup when I got covid RECIPE: rough recipe: @Chefboylee ‘s chicken stock recipe 4 heads of garlic gochugaru soy sauce, mirin, soju soba noodles poached chicken breast .

Garlic have proven antibacterial properties cuz of the sulfur (thats why it smells) and bacteria hates that and antiviral usage since ancient times yes its not proven yet but its used in for example HSV1 AKA herpes of the lips and anti parasitic (ascaris=worms) best way to use it is to eat it raw chew it twice and swallow it was also used in prophylactic way against covid yes it will not prevent it but it will significantly lessen the symptoms

  2. My mom can’t eat anything spicier than a black pepper. When we had Covid, because we couldn’t taste anything, I added jalapeños and gochujang to our chicken soup. My mom had seconds and our throats felt heavenly after eating that. She didn’t taste any spice at all.
