  1. Hi Thomas. Love your videos. Thank you for your advice. I am a health care worker, and work 3rd shift, so I'm coming off shift @7:15a.m. How should I change my calorie intake on those days. I love a big breakfast, bacon&eggs, etc. but feel somewhat 'bloated' if I eat that before going to bed. Also, I try not to eat after 7p.m., so eating too late doesn't work for me either. Kind of a dilemma.๐Ÿ˜‰
Someone recently gave me Munk Pack keto bars. I'm not much of a bar person, but they are pretty good. Lots of nuts and seeds. Somewhat like a 'Kind' bar with an average of 2Gms of carbs. However, they have rice flour in them, and from what I know, this is not keto approved. Is that true??

  2. the veggies stock added to bacon (celeri, carots etc…) actually contain natural nitrates to ward against botulin toxins and therefore is still harmful (though it might account for a lesser amount of nitrates). In short the industry is fooling us. I'm going to try to dry-cure bacon, I just love it too much with my eggs^^

  3. I have started to eat breakfast again as I have been losing too much weight (below my ideal weight) with all the stress/anxiety and trying intermittent fasting at the same time. With eating breakfast again, I have at least gotten my weight loss under controlled. Thanks for the breakfast ideas ๐Ÿ’ก ๐Ÿ˜‹

  4. I use those particular eggs from Costco BUT, I use one egg every morning raw right into my berry smoothie.
Avocado, coconut oil and Cacao also goes into that smoothie. I'm 65 and I have the bloodwork of a healthy 16 year old.
I've been doing the smoothie routine since my early 20's. I also buy that exact brand of bacon which I consume once a week.

    Thanks for sharing Thomas.

    Kind Regards To All

    Darryl
