Hi everybody I’m back with a wonderful Sunday dinner. Enjoy!

3 pound boneless beef chuck roast or bottom round roast
2 teaspoons find sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon coldpressed avocado oil
4 large shallots, quartered
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup dry red wine
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 pound parsnips or turnips, cut into 1/2” pieces
1 pound carrots, cut into 1/2” pieces
4 celery stalks, cut into 1/2” pieces.
Sides:
1 pound baby potatoes
8 ounce pack of baby Bella mushrooms
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil divided, Himalayan sea salt or garlic salt blend (to taste)

  1. YUM-O! My mouth is watering. I bet it tastes as good as it looksand I can just imagine hiw Devine it must smell. My Mom used to make potroast n her pressure cooker for Sunday lunch back in the day. They didn't have instant pots back then, just those old fashion pressure cookers that could explode but my Mom was the Master expert of that pressure valve. She used to add a bay leaf to hers. The yummy smells would fill the house…comfort food.

  2. I dont have an instant pot yet so this was a good video for me. Thanks. I dont eat red meat but i could still make this for the hubby. Baby bellas are AMAZING. Yes please do that recipe !!!!! Also can you cook a turkey in an instant pot? Dont have an oven and im looking for different ways to cook a turkey for 3 people.

    I vent under my cabinet so it would be nice to have.
