Here’s the recipe for my “Breakfast Pick Me Up Fruit Shake #1.”
8 fresh blackberries
8 fresh raspberries
8 fresh strawberries (med – large size)
8 ounces of organic UNSWEETENED coconut milk
If you wish:
1 whole banana (break into 4 or 5 pieces)
2 TB ground flax seeds
