My god. 430 Cal. way to much for me. sorry King.
I wonder if replacing the cream for whisked egg whites could work too, or quark or cottage cheese.
Great video!
Question: Where u tell the net carbs is that the whole bowl or so many servings?
Thank you so much.
Have a blessed day.
It’s looks delicious gonna try it asap
This looks delicious, thanks! I noticed the video says 1/2 tablespoon erythritol, but the ingredients lists show 1 tablespoon. I'm guessing it would be 1 tablespoon (powdered?).
« That’s what she said!» 😂 I caught that!
New sub here binge watching your vids;)
I've basically seen this same recipe as a keto ice cream – you put all the ingredients in a sealed jar, add a few little pieces of dark chocolate, shake it until you can't hear the chips rattle any more, then freeze it for about two hours.
This is exactly how I make mine. Variations : add a little instant espresso powder. I do use organic cacao. ( sift it first because it can be a tad clumpy. You can use a tea leaf strainer if you don't have a sifter) Try with a tiny touch of almond extract with the chocolate and top with a handful of sliced almonds. Try peppermint extract ( use very sparingly. You can always add if you require more) for mint chocolate and add unsweetened or a little grated ,shaved dark chocolate cacao bar with a keto friendly sweetener Fresh mint leaf for the cscao mint mousse. I love the mocha with the espresso powder and vanilla on almond extract. Thank you.# Happy, healthy keto lifestyle.
THANKYOU soooo much!!! Made it, i didn’t have any choc chips (beautiful touch), can’t wait to maybe add coconut flakes, or mint or orange zest…. peppermint for Christmas?
Ok I’m making this tomorrow, if it’s as good as your bread—wow,,
So looking at the macros…. Is that for the ENTIRE recipe as made or is this recipe multiple servings and the macros are for ONE of those servings?
love, so good and easy
How long will it last in the fridge? Would love to prepare in advance for thanksgiving dinner.
Keto King, I have made many loafs of oven bread your recipe but I'm doing something wrong, it keeps falling in the middle while it is baking, and as its cooling it dips more in the middle… what am I doing wrong?
Hi from the UK have made your yeast bread in my bread machine. It is fantastic, I am just making my 2nd loaf now WOW. Can't wait to try this chocolate mousse too. Where are all the macro's I can't seem to find them – thanks in advance
Brother this was amazing!👍🏻 thanks. Together We Rise!
Your next project/experiment should be making a keto pasta recipe!
I made this immediately after watching! So satisfying. I added some orange EO drops. Might do peppermint next time.
Yummmmmmmm and so easy! PS
This made two perfect sized servings.
I'm wondering how much this makes in volume. I have three people in my family and you don't say how many servings this would make. Thank you.
Every good cook has a ghetto lid of some sort 🙂
You are South African, right?
This is also great with walnuts or pecans added. Since we're getting into the holiday seasons, a video with a view of all your holiday inspired recipes and links to them (old and new) would be fantastic. A one stop holiday recipe video with links😉
😍
wow what a quick easy healthy yummy chocolate mousse, can't wait to make it, yr amazing thank u so much for sharing yr recipe
This use to be my go to desert every night but instead of the vanilla I used cake batter extract and it tastes like a chocolate cake. My goto now is cream cheese with half the amount of butter softened and mixed well with liquid sweetener and a splash of walden farms maple walnut syrup or strawberry syrup. The strawberry tastes like strawberries and cream. So yummy!
