Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding Vegan, Oil Free, Refined Sugar Free


Banana-Chocolate Protein Pudding

Banana Layer

1 ½ cups plant milk
2 pitted medjool dates
Half a ripe banana
5 tbls ground chia
4 tbls hemp seeds
1 tsp vanilla

Chocolate layer

1 ½ cups plant milk
4 pitted medjool dates
7 tbls ground chia
4 tbls hemp seeds
3 tbls cocoa powder

* For those with diabetic considerations or who
want to limit their sugar intake, you should reduce the amount of dates, or enjoy very small portions as per your plant based doctor or dietitians recommendations.

This recipe makes approximately 4 cups. Amount will vary depending on the size of cups or bowls you use. There is approximately 15g of protein per serving.

Grind Chia seeds in a seed grinder.

Combine all ingredients for banana layer in a high-speed blender. Pour banana layer into desired cup or bowl.

Allow banana layer to set for 10-20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Combine all ingredients for the chocolate layer in a high-speed blender. Blend in til smooth.

Remove the cups with banana pudding layers. Add sliced bananas and raspberries if desired.

Top with chocolate layer and allow to set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
