  1. I think I might try that for lunch today, since working from home I feel like this can be whipped up in minutes without taking up too much of the lunch break. I have leftover cooked chicken. I wonder if I can replace bok choy with Kale. should I cook the kale? would it taste ok if I boil it like the bok choy or should i saute it with garlic and olive oil? also how do I avoid that spoon of sugar, would a little bit of honey work?
