This Gobi or Cauliflower is a non starchy vegetable which is great to be included in your meal plan. Great low carb diet, aids in weight loss. Also helps your skin glow!
1 Medium size cauliflower
Thick coconut creme from any thick coconut milk can. Leave it in the fridge for a day to get a thick consistency if needed.
Gram flour/besan/chickpea flour
red chili powder
Roasted cumin powder
Pink Himalayan Salt or any regular salt
Half lime squeezed
1 Teaspoon olive oil (optional)
Enjoy it with mint chutney!
