  1. Hey there, Sara! I have seen this salad (or similar) lately and it looks really good. Could the lemon be substituted for vinegar? I’m allergic to lemons and limes. I’ve got to add the ingredients to my shopping list pronto. Thanks so much for sharing another cool recipe!

Actually I “invented” a similar salad few years ago – puting vegetables you like (tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, avocado, lettuce, red onion, spinach, different seeds etc), then I add chickpeas, a bit of lemon juice, olive oil and feta cheese. Then mix well and it’s perfect!! So something similar to what you do.. it’s perfect salad indeed
