I have cooked these Chicken legs using an easy rub made from garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt and some kashmiri red chili powder. The trick is to sear it well so that you have a crisp toasty skin on the outside and tender chicken on the inside. I serve this with a quick cheese sauce made from the drippings off of the chicken.

Ingredients:
600 gms Chicken legs with skin
Rub:
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Rock Salt

Sauce:
1 tsp Chicken Fat or Ghee
1 1/2 Tbsp Onions Chopped
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese
Pinch of Xanthan Gum
