These chicken jalapeno poppers are a quick mid-week or meal prep recipe. I made these using some leftover rotisserie chicken from the night before. with only a handful of ingredients, you can easily toss together these jalapeno poppers with part of your meal prep chicken as well.

INGREDIENTS –
8 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Chicken Shredded
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp Grated Parmesan
10 Jalapenos

EQUIPMENT:
Cutting Board:

INSTRUCTIONS –
– Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise, remove seeds and membrane
– Fill with cream cheese and top with the shredded chicken, sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan on top.
– Bake at 350f for 10-12 minutes
