Ingredients:
8 – boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 stalks green onions
2 Tbs – avocado oil
1/2 tsp – celery salt
1/4 tsp – ground black pepper
1 tsp – turmeric
1/4 cup – fresh parsley, chopped

Curry Sauce:
1 cup – heavy cream
1/2 cup – sour cream
1 1/2 Tbs – curry powder
3/4 tsp – salt
1/4 tsp – cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp – red pepper flakes
1 tsp – dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp – onion powder
1/4 tsp – ground black pepper
1/2 tsp – garlic powder
1/4 tsp – xanthan gum

Makes ~6 servings
Per serving:
347 calories / 28.4g fat / 1.74g net carbs / 21.42g protein

Serving suggestions:
Serve over riced cauliflower or zoodles

  1. I don’t see how I’ll ever lose weight making all your marvelous recipes! I’ve never cooked so much or eaten so much! Hahaha. I’m single so I halve all your recipes and freeze at least one serving. My freezer is getting full. But every time you post a new recipe I want to try it instead of taking out my frozen dinner. But I’ll get to all of them. Made your chicken enchiladas last night. Delicious! Thanks for all your time in giving us the easiest diet plan I’ve ever done with such filling and varied dinners, sauces, desserts. I don’t need any other cooking channel whether I’m keto or not!

  2. That looks absolutely marvelous! I adore a nice, spicy curry!!! Throw a little, chopped bacon, a few chopped peanuts, some shredded, unsweetened coconut, and some chopped hard boiled egg on top so they can join the flavor party! 😍 Yum! I am making this one today!! Thank you!!!
