Make delicious chicken, corn soup recipe (street style) and let us know how it turned out. #ChickenCornSoup #Soup #CornSoup Ingredients for stock: Chicken bones 150g Carrot 1/4 cup Onion 1/4 cup Whole black pepper 9-10 Cloves 4-5 Cinnamon stick 1 Water 5 cups Ingredients for soup: Chicken stock 4 cups Corn flour 2 tbsp Chicken 500g Eggs 2 Salt to taste Black pepper 1 tsp Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Corn (boiled & mashed) 1/2 cup Chaat masala as required Green onion for garnish Egg (boiled & sliced) for garnish Directions: In A pot simmer water, add chicken and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Strain the chicken, shred it and set aside. For chicken stock add water, bones, cinnamon stick, black pepper, cloves, carrot, onion and boil it on medium low flame for 30 minutes. Your stock is ready. In another pot heat oil, add garlic and sauté it for a minute. Add cons, chicken and boil for 2 minutes. Add chicken stock, black pepper, salt and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add corn flour dissolved in water and mix continuously to avoid lumps. Then add beaten egg and stir gently. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until soup is thickened. Your soup is ready.
