Made by cooking chicken pieces in the broth which yields a beautifully savoury, golden, flavored infused broth without having to man handle a whole chicken! .

  1. that is not how you cook this. You're better off first making the broth by:
    – first broiling the chicken breast with the back bone in (plus neck pieces…or whatever chicken bones you got).
    – then remove the white meat from the 100% cooked chicken breast and make a stock with the left over back bone (plus the neck pieces and so on that you boiled in step 1…)
    – Now you got your own stock and cooked chicken breast to cook the soup with…
    – Cook soup
