Almond Milk:
Yields around 1.5 litres of Almond Milk (consistency is personal choice)
Soaking Time : 6 hours or refrigerated overnight
Preparation Time : 20 mins

Ingredients:
Almond/Badam : 1 cup
Pitted Dates : 4 to 5
Vanilla Essence : 2 tsp
Plain water : 4 cups
(can adjust the consistency according to your choice)

and baking on low heat for several hours until it gets
completely dry. It can be stored and used in many recipes
such as smoothies, muffins, cookies, cakes etc.,

Chilling Time : 4 to 6 hours or overnight

Ingredients:
Chia Seeds : 1 – 2 tbsp (per serving)
Homemade Almond Milk : 1/2 cup (per serving)
Blueberries : 1/4 cup (per serving)
Strawberries : 3 – 4 (per serving)
Sliced Almonds : 1 tbsp
Walnuts : 2
Mint Leaves a few.
