  1. My favorite would be cherry as well. When I was in college, I went home with a friend of mine and her mother made something similar to this. I think it was her own concoction. It had pretzels on the bottom and then the cherry and a topping with the cream cheese and then little cherries on the top. It was delicious. I think I'll try it without the pineapple and maybe a pretzel bottom and see if it works out. I would assume that the prezel bottom would be similar to making a graham cracker crust.

  2. I have actually never made this lol, crazy I know but I am wondering do you think it would turn out right if I used a jar of oranges with the orange gelatin??? I used to buy those cups with the jello and had the oranges in them, boy they were good but sure would be nice to make it at home!

  3. I made this for Easter dinner. IT WAS GREAT! sugar free jello and stevia in the topping layer instead of sugar. The rest of the dish was the same as you listed. Let me tell you what. The flavor in this is intense, but such a change from tasteless sugar free desserts. I had no sugar balance issues for Easter this year. THANK YOU.
