These look amazing and are on my meal plan for when I start (again!) In a weeks time (shopping comes on Friday!) Do you think you could wrap these cold? I'm thinking about prawn mayo and lettuce?
THIS LOOKS AWESOME! Never tried subbing in cream cheese instead of mayo, but it sounds like a great option!
P.S. BTW, I noticed you used tuna packed in water plus some olive oil, what are you feels about tuna packed in olive oil already? I assume the oil that the tuna packed in is not as 'good', but I tend to buy my tuna that way anyway and wasn't sure if that was good or not. Anyway, just curious.
P.P.S. Oh, and as another person with brightly colored hair (well, I need to re-dye mine, but still!), just wanted to say that I [heart] Robxn's hair muchly!
Love this, so simple and yet I haven't done it before….I've not tried the tuna yet but had it with chicken tikka ….also with chorizo….and finally with bacon…. Looking forward to trying tuna

This looked so good that I had to try it today! I didn't have tuna so I used avocado as a filler. BUT… I couldn't get my mozzarella to crisp up and look like yours. My pan is stainless steel (not nonstick) and I figured there would be enough fat in the cheese that I wouldn't need to spray the pan, but I guess that's wrong. Or I had the heat too high (I had it on medium-low because I couldn't tell from the video exactly what temp you used)?
Anyway, I'll accept any tips anybody has on making the cheese crisp up and roll up like the one in the video but cooked in a stainless steel pan. π€π

You're right! Why complicate things? The simplest recipes are often the most delicious and you can always eat a satisfying meal without cooking for hours! This type of recipes helps sticking to keto too.. π
