  1. 2:80 they aren’t excuses.. there are a TON of reasons why someone might not be able to go on a diet.

    Medical condition, what meds you’re on, what mental illnesses you have, so many things can change your weight.

    Going on a diet for your “health” is
    bullshit, if you go on a diet then do it for yourself because fat people are indeed healthy too, a lot healthier then underweight people that’s for sure.
    I hope no one comes on to try and count their calories bc of this, so Dw you guys, a diet isn’t right for everyone and it’s not your fault that you can’t prep food due to any reasons! ❤

  2. I watched another video that proposes an alternative way of prepping meals, since meal prep can get repetitive and eating the same meal every day is gets boring, it's better to precook ingredients that you can put together to make various types of meals

  3. So big myth, but brown rice isn't actually healthier than white rice. Infact it's actually worse than white rice bc even though it's technically more "nutrient dense", it's also filled with lots of stuff that makes it harder to digest which basically shoves the benefits it would've had up yours. White rice is easier to digest and is generally cheaper and better tasting. So to conclude, eat whatever rice you want ppl. Stop following nutrition fads, do your own research, and ultimately remember that you won't follow a diet you don't enjoy.

  4. Cooked rice last 3-4 days in the fridge, and I can't imagine that 7-day old fridge salmon is still safe to eat. Most cooked meals last 3-4 days in the fridge no problem, but I think it's safer to either meal prep 4 days at a time, or to make some dishes you can put in the freezer🤔
