Today, I share what I eat on days where I do NOT fast. I usually have a larger appetite when I am on my period and start feeling hungry much earlier in the day. On this day, I ate multiple meals and fueled up on the fats with EGG SALAD, EGG SCRAMBLE, BUTTER STICKS, and STEAK BITES! Yummm😋

  1. I ate beef, berries and avocado’s exclusively for about 6 months and my psoriasis/eczema stayed completely clear but ive finally experimented with a ton of pastured eggs and butter after watching a bunch of your videos and my skin has still stayed perfectly clear 🙏🙏

  2. Flashbacks when I was a child… similar like with bologna and butter sandwiches… I'd have a slice of white bread or two with though with the hard boiled eggs with butter. I'd do peanut butter and butter sandwiches too. I've been doing the pan fried with ghee and whatever meat or not… then when most the white is cooked… I'll add water until the tops of the yolks are done and remove. Been doing a "Cantonese style Scrambled Eggs" too I found on the Chinese Cooking Demystified channel that is really yummy too, though take more time to whip the eggs. Livers are cost effective also and even with cheap red meat cuts… I'll use a Cuisinart to make a range of like pate to ground beef.

  3. My daughter showed me how to scramble eggs her way. Start with well beaten eggs , heat butter in pan, slowly drizzle egg into warm butter, constantly mixing with a silicone spatula, incorporating the butter as you go. She usually leaves them very soft, almost runny to preserve some nutrients. Use about 1 teaspoon butter to each egg
